These frozen yogurts are the colors of the sky in St. Louis, MO.
(by Spencer Finch)
From the Contemporary Art Museum/St. Louis website:
"Over the course of six weeks this fall, Grand Center pedestrians and museum visitors can enjoy free ice cream that has been mixed and frozen onsite by a mobile soft-serve machine powered entirely by solar panels. Offering what the artist calls an “edible monochrome” and a landscape painting, the ice cream evokes a St. Louis sunset with the shifting colors Finch observed from the Contemporary’s rooftop."
Here's a nice article he wrote for Cabinet about the color pistachio.
